What We Offer

When you let your property with us under our Guaranteed Rent arrangement, we can offer an interest-fee investment to revamp and modernise your property.

This can include: -

• Bathroom and kitchen replacement;

• Re-plastering and re-tiling;

• Re-painting and cosmetic works;

• Re-flooring;

• Electrical works; and

• Boiler replacement

Renovation terms are bespoke to each property and your property must meet our eligibility criteria. We do not ask for a share of your property or any of the increased value in return. 

We do however, expect a rent-free period to cover the duration of the works and a sum reflecting our investment to be agreed with you in advance and repaid over the term of the lease. 

All our works are carried out by trusted and insured tradesmen.
