Many of our clients don't have the time, money or energy to remove problematic or underpaying tenants and refurbish their property, only to face the same problems time after time.

We have a wealth of experience bringing Court applications for repossession and rental arrears. We can bear all of the upfront costs of the process and once possession is recovered, bring the property up to a high standard.

We do not charge any interest whatsoever on our investment. We recoup our capital via monthly instalments deducted from the guaranteed rent which we provide. These deductions rarely exceed 15% of the monthly rent. Once repaid, the full monthly rent is paid to the landlord for the remainder of the lease term.

Our guaranteed rent service suits those looking for a stable, safe and secure investment. This provides our landlords with the benefit of receiving a fixed income, whilst also being completely hands-off.

This means that you will receive the agreed rent in full, whether or not your property is fully let by us. We will also maintain your property and cover the costs of all minor internal maintenance works.
