We do not charge any interest whatsoever on our investment. We recoup our capital via monthly instalments deducted from the guaranteed rent which we provide. These deductions rarely exceed 15% of the monthly rent. Once repaid, the full monthly rent is paid to the landlord for the remainder of the lease term.
